Dear Pingree Community,
Happy Sunday!
The Fun Run was a HUGE success! Thank you to the Parent Council, the Fun Run Committee (and fairies) and all the volunteers who made this extraordinary event such a success! A "big shout" out to Amanda Adams who coordinated the whole event. It was so well-organized, well-communicated and most of all extremely fun! The students had a blast, the weather was perfect and we raised a whole lot of money for our Pingree community!
Halloween is just around the corner! A few reminders:
- Students may come to school in their costumes (please do NOT send costumes in bags for students to change into. Students will not be able to leave class to put on costumes)
- No masks
- No weapons (of any kind)
- No food
- Please be sure students are dressed comfortably and are able to use the bathroom without major costume issues
Students are busy writing letters to Veterans. If students would also like to honor a veteran in their life, we will be sending home a template that can complete and bring back into school. A bulletin board with students' tributes will be displayed in the lunchroom. Thank you to Mrs. Donenhey for organizing this project.
Parent Conferences will be November 15th and 16th. Conferences will be in-person on November 15th from 5:00-8:00pm and virtual on November 16th from 12:25-3:25. More information to come.
Finally, please join us for our monthly Family/Parent Support Group Series starting this week! See the link below for more details.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Mrs. Ronan
