Students will be asked to keep their smartwatches in their backpack, locker, or cubby during the school day. Students may wear them after the bell rings at the end of the school day.
Special Shout Out From Mrs. Orr
Our students did an outstanding job during the evacuation drill! We are so proud of how quietly and safely they exited the building and proceeded to the Rally Point. Great job, Bulldogs! 🐾
A big thank-you to all the families who donated candy and trinkets for our Spooktacular! Your generosity is greatly appreciated and helps make this event special for our students.
We look forward to seeing everyone tonight at 5:00 PM! 👻🎃

Football Game Reminder for K-6 Families
Bay Port High School loves welcoming younger students to attend and support Bay Port athletics! Student safety is the most important thing to us and we want to make sure that every attendee’s experience is positive. Recently, we have had a number of situations where elementary/intermediate students have been at the games without adult supervision.
Because of this, please remember:
Parents/guardians must be present with their children when entering through the gates.
Parents/guardians must supervise their children throughout the entire game.
Children should NOT be dropped off at the stadium or sent through the gates on their own.
Students in grades K-6 will not be allowed to enter the gates without supervision.
Children are not allowed to engage in running or horseplay in the grassy areas or other areas of the stadium.
This includes playing football, tag, or similar activities.
Pirate Preschool Invite
Bay Port Child Development students are learning how to provide a developmentally appropriate, hands-on learning environment. Do you have a child who is 3-5 years old? We'd love for them to be part of Pirate Preschool! This program takes place on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:10-10:20 a.m. from October 6-December 22. This program is free and the child must be potty trained. Learn more and contact us here (LINK TO FLYER).
Download Dash Pass for Car Line Pick up
Having trouble with DashPass?
1. Make sure each guardian has their own Infinite Campus accounts, not just list their names and emails as contacts under their spouse's account.
2. Once each parent has created the account, it might take 24 hrs. for the information to sync with DashPass.
🐾 Special Days Ahead at Meadowbrook
Spare Clothes Needed
Accidents and unexpected messes happen! We kindly ask that each student keep a complete change of clothes at school, including underwear and socks, in case they are needed during the school day.
We are currently very low on our supply of spare clothing. If you are able to donate any clothing items, we would greatly appreciate it! Donations of pants, shorts, shirts, socks, and underwear are welcome.
Thank you for helping us make sure our students are comfortable, confident, and prepared for whatever the school day brings!
Meadowbrook Students and Staff have been busy learning all about our Universal Expectations and getting to know the many friendly faces here to support their success at school.
We invite you to take a few minutes to review the presentation! Inside, you’ll find:
- Helpful information about expectations
- Funny videos starring our very own staff
- A fun Kahoot game to play afterward
