Dear MVE Families,

This is a reminder that Methow Valley Elementary’s Open House is this Wednesday, September 23, from 5 - 6 pm.

This evening is for parents and guardians to learn about what students are learning during the school day. Students should plan to attend with their adults, who will serve as the guide for the evening. This is an Open House format; families can come anytime between 5 and 6 pm. Families should plan to spend 10-20 minutes in their child’s classroom. In addition to seeing some of the learning taking place in the classroom, families will also be able to visit with our staff members (PE, Music, Literacy Support, Special Education), and connect with community partners, including Methow Arts and Classroom in Bloom, as well as other community partners as part of the Community Resource Fair in the cafeteria.

Sincerely,

Paul Gutzler

Methow Valley Elementary

No Animals at Parent Pick Up: We ask that animals do not accompany their owners at parent pick up. Over the years, we’ve had dogs, horses, and cats at parent pick-up, and no matter how cute, we ask that they don’t show up to parent pick-up. It's a busy spot, so thanks for supporting an orderly student dismissal.
