Teachers use these scores in combination with other classroom data to support individual students within the year. School and district leaders use these scores in combination with other information to support all students and improve instructional programs.
In the fall, scores give students, families, teachers, and leaders a starting point to show where students are academically at the beginning of the year.
In the middle of the year, scores serve as a checkpoint to help support intervention planning & monitoring, reading improvement plans.
In the spring, scores are used, along with other information, to show where students are at the end of the year and provide some information about how much students grew academically.

π Letter from the District Nurse ππ©Ί
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we prepare for a successful school year, we would like to remind families that if your child has a chronic health condition (such as asthma, diabetes, severe allergies, or any other medical need requiring ongoing management), it is essential to complete the necessary health documentation.
Please visit the Crestwood School District website to access and fill out all required medical forms. Give the completed form along with any necessary medication to the main office. This information helps us ensure your childβs safety and well-being throughout the school day.
There is a process in place to manage medical needs, which may include creating an individualized health care plan and coordinating with school health staff. Submitting your documentation early allows us to have everything in place for your child.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the school office.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
Sincerely,
Nadine Shebli DNP, BSN
