I-Ready Login
This program allows students to practice, learn, and assess the math skills they are studying in the classroom. It helps me as a teacher identify and fill holes as students learn. We encourage parents to support using this program and home. Our goal is for 45 minute of usage per week and we do some of this in the classroom.
You can login to this program through clever using your student's login badge. (A copy of this badge will be sent home at the beginning of the school year)
Please don't help your student too much in this program because then I do not have an accurate picture of what your student knows and what they still need help on.
Lexia
Lexia Core5 is a phonics-based interactive computer program designed to reinforce foundational reading skills up to a 5th grade level. It is adaptive to your student's individual learning needs. We use it for 10 to 15 minutes daily in the classroom. You are welcome to provide your child with additional time on this program at home if you like.
You can login to this program through clever using your student's login badge. (A copy of this badge will be sent home at the beginning of the school year)

About Mrs. Macey:
My name is Mrs. Macey. This is my fifth year at Wasatch Peak Academy, and I love being a part of this school! I graduated from the University of Utah in 2020, and I am currently working on my Master’s in Elementary Education from Western Governors University.
I was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I grew up competing in gymnastics, which is what brought me to Utah. I competed in gymnastics and was a part of the University of Utah team from 2016-2020. I have been coaching gymnastics since 2019, and it is where I found my love for working with children and helping them reach their full potential. My husband and I welcomed our first baby boy, Riggs, last November and he is the joy of our lives. When I am not teaching I love to hike, snowboard, and spend time with my husband, Riggs, and our two pups.
