I know, I know....it's still July... for the rest of the day!

I wanted to remind you about registration on Tuesday, August 6th from noon-8:00. You should have received a packet in the mail with a little paperwork to turn in. Please drop it by on the 6th so we can ensure your student is registered and has what they need for the first day of school. If you have questions, please call Mrs. Chris between 8:00-4:00, Tuesday through Friday. 833-662-6228 ext. 4103

The first day of school is Tuesday, August 20th. Doors open at 7:30 am. Parents will be allowed to walk their student in on the first two days of school. More details about that will be available at Meet & Greet.

Our building theme this year is Let's GLOW - Grow, Learn, Overcome, Wonder

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to our custodial and maintenance crews for all of their handwork this summer. Often what they do goes unnoticed, but it is so important. I appreciate the dedication each of them have shown to helping JBE become a great place to work and learn!

Make plans to join us for Teacher Meet & Greet on August 15th. If the time that coordinates with your name does not work, please call the office and let us know which time does.

Make plans to stop by the gym. PTO will have cotton candy, Love Out Loud will be here with bounce houses, several community resources will have tables set up and our very own alumni will be here to take pictures and greet the kids. We've heard that Renee Finke National Scholar Athlete and National Champion will be here with her medals, Carson, Collin, & Clayton Parker Columbia College Graduates & Scholar Athletes & MCHS Senior will be here to talk basketball (from 4:45-6:00) and Emily Laskowski Miss Heart of Southern Missouri will be here about her pageant experiences. Stop by, here their stories and get your picture taken.

Once again, we had some amazing supporters that made it possible for us to have very short school supply list this year. Thank you to the supporters below for helping make this possible. You can find the school supply list at this link or pictured below. You can bring school supply lists to the Teacher Meet & Greet Night or send them on the first day of school.
