Registration for Next Week's ED Day Closes This Friday
Important: If you receive the popup on Arbiter stating there is a completed registration you must click "Create Duplicate" to proceed. This popup does not confirm your child is signed up for future ED days. Please check your registrations on Arbiter to confirm what ED days your child is signed up for.
ASE students who regularly attend on the day of an early dismissal are eligible to sign up for the Early Dismissal Day Program. ED program days end at 5:00 pm for MCS staff trainings. Currently all early dismissal days are scheduled for Wednesdays. If your child is enrolled in the Tues/Thurs weekly program option they are not eligible to attend.
Registration for the January 14th early dismissal day closes January 9th. Registration closes a week prior to the scheduled ED day to allow our team time to plan for staffing and events. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late registrations.
Please click the link below to sign your child up for upcoming ED days that they are qualified to attend. If you are adding an additional day to a previous registration, Arbiter will require you to click "Create Duplicate" to proceed. Please note that there are no refunds or credits for ED days not attended and/or canceled.
Reminder To All Families
Please ensure that your child is prepared for the day and ASE with the following packed in their backpack:
- an extra set of clothes (clothes get wet for many reasons!)
- an extra snack for ASE and water bottle
- winter gear for playing outside in the cold
We follow EEC guidelines when determining whether is is safe to send students outside. When weather and temperatures allow, outside time will be part of the schedule throughout the winter months.

Tucker ASE Winter Wonderland and USO Snack Drive
Thank you to all the families who joined us in celebrating the start of December vacation and the season at the Tucker ASE Winter Wonderland. Families and students enjoyed creating festive crafts, decorating delicious cookies, and watching a special winter song performance in the gym!
A heartfelt thank you to all the families who donated snacks for the USO Snack Drive. Ms. Jessi would like to share a message from the USO expressing their deep gratitude—your donations will help countless traveling military members. One soldier was moved to tears when he learned the gifts came from an early and after school program. He asked that we tell the children, "Thank you so much for remembering us!"
Fun at December Vacation Camp
The December Vacation Camp may have been brief, but it was packed with fun and activity. Over three lively days, students immersed themselves in cooking, arts and crafts, STEM, and physical movement classes. They also enjoyed a trip across the street to Cunningham Park for bowling and joined in a spirited karaoke session. The final day was capped off with delicious treats as everyone celebrated the arrival of the new year together!
