Recently, we sent slips to the teachers to give to students regarding their family's current status of care and share hours. With the transition of Emily to me, we missed a few. There are some families that have entered their hours in FACTS, and this was brought to my attention later. So, if you have received a slip of paper that is incorrect, many apologies. I am going through the ones uploaded to FACTS, and making a note in our care and share binder for our coordinator.

We are always looking for ways to streamline this and make it easier, and we appreciate your grace and understanding.

If you have questions about your hours, reply to this email and I will give you the most updated total.

Unfortunately our counselor, Autumn Homesley, will no longer be able to come to SJN after March 6th. I will be on the lookout to find someone else to help serve our kids. :)

If you are planning vacations next school year, please make sure to them on breaks! :)

We are sending out emails regarding absences/tardies. Receiving a letter dos NOT (necessarily) mean you are in trouble. :)

On Friday, February 20, a group will come perform a Lion Dance for the Lunar New Year.

It will be held in Marian Hall. For students who celebrate, they are welcome to wear their Lunar New Year outfits.

There is a loud drum, so please plan accordingly for your little ones.

February 20th-27th

• Mon: Polo
• Tues: Uniform Bottoms and Spirit/House Shirt
• Wed: Polo
• Thur: Auction Free Dress
• Friday: Mass Uniforms

We will also have copies of the Talent Show Audition Form (see link above) in the front office.

The cafeteria will not be serving ice cream during Lent.

Students who will be in PK4-8th grade in 2026-27 school year (PK3 is not eligible for PCTC) must apply for the Parental Choice Tax Credit starting on March 16th at 9am.

Parents will need an "Enrollment Verification Number" in order to apply for the PCTC (you will receive this in an email after we finalize information on our end). EVN's are only given if your student is enrolled at SJN. Please reach out if you have any questions or if you need to update your personal information (ex. address, phone number, email, etc.).

Other 50% will go to specials teachers to purchase classroom equipment/supplies
