The January Wildcat PRIDE Celebration was held on Friday, January 30th at 8:00 a.m. During the celebration, students were recognized by their teachers for exemplifying what it means to be a Wildcat by living out our five PRIDE traits: Positivity, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Empathy.

Our next celebration will take place on Friday, February 27th at 8:00 a.m. in the auxiliary gym. If your student is selected, their classroom teacher will reach out to notify you.

We are proud of our Wildcats and look forward to honoring more students who demonstrate PRIDE every day!

In media classes over the last two weeks, the kindergarten students read all 10 of the books nominated for the 2025-2026 Golden Sower Awards. The students enjoyed all of them, but their favorite was The Book that Almost Rhymed by Omar Abed. Mrs. Rehn will submit the kindergarten votes to the state to be counted in the final tally. We will find out later this spring about the overall winner. We all had a great time with this activity!

The Fremont YMCA and Cedar Bluffs Elementary partnered to provide first-grade students with the opportunity to participate in four swimming lessons at the Fremont YMCA. The Learn to Swim program, sponsored by Pinnacle Bank, promotes water safety by helping students learn to swim in a safe and supportive environment. Each session was divided into two parts: one focused on pool safety instruction, and the other emphasized learning basic swimming skills.

Health Reminder Health Reminder

As a reminder, students must be fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication before returning to school.

Keeping students who are ill at home helps protect the health and well-being of all students and staff.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
