Homecoming | October 2
Homecoming is tomorrow! Just a reminder that Homecoming is a required event for all staff. Please refer back to the email from Mrs. Horne to see the specific job you will be working tomorrow evening. If you are working gate or the first round of concessions, you will need to be here by 4:30 pm.
Fun Run Extravaganza | October 9
We want to encourage everyone to help make this fundraiser a huge success! Please look at the graphic to see where your class currently stands with Participation Progress and Goal Progress. If your class is not in the GREEN in BOTH columns, please keep pushing! Even if you have met your classroom goal, please keep encouraging participation...we still have hundreds of students who have not received a donation. One great way to encourage your students and families is to send out weekly communication with fundraising updates, and also encouraging them to read Mr. Postlewaite's email about the "why" behind our fundraising.
We are also still accepting business donations! If someone would like to donate by cash or check, please make sure you write down the child’s name and the teacher’s name and turn the donation in to Jessica Keever’s box. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Keever or Mrs. Dillard.
Reminders and Information
CEU Certificate
You should have received an email yesterday with instructions to print your CEU certificate from last week's convention. Please turn those in to Mrs. Lopez as soon as possible.
Kindergarten Eye Exam Date Moved | October 7
Kindergarten teachers, the kindergarten vision screening has been moved to October 7th, as soon as chapel is over. Please communicate that date change to your families.
MS/HS Chapel Schedule Change | October 14
MS/HS chapel will be moved from Tuesday, October 13 to Wednesday, October 14.
