Fundraiser Reminders

• Save your online ordering code and share with your supporters to make sure online purchases count. Reminder — your online ordering code is: 8DVP97E. If you have questions about how the online ordering process works, see the attached PDF. Please note that fundraiser online ordering is only valid through pickup during your fundraiser’s scheduled date, time, and assigned restaurant. Ordering delivery for fundraisers is not permitted at this time.
• Make sure your supporters show the fundraiser flyer (hard copy or on their phone) or tell the cashier at checkout that they are there for a fundraiser before they pay! If they don’t tell our cashier, your organization won’t get credit for the sale.
• A minimum of $150 in total sales is required in order to receive a donation.
• Your organization is NOT permitted to hand out flyers to anyone (including your own supporters) or promote the event inside or outside of the restaurant or in the parking lot at any time — that’s cheating! Violation of this policy will result in your fundraiser being cancelled. All promotion should be done prior to the fundraiser – this is your time to sit back and enjoy a big tasty burrito.
• Gift cards purchased during fundraisers do not count towards total donated sales, but purchases made with an existing gift card will count.

The CYO sports permission slip will go home tomorrow and is attached below for you.

First practice for team A

• Girls Volleyball Teams A: First Practice 9/4/24 from 3:30- 4:45 pm on campus
  
• Co-ed Flag-Football Teams A: First Practice 9/5/24 from 3:15- 4:30 pm at Sunny Slope Park.

• Sports fees must be settled before students can play an official game in an STA team.

• Coaches must be Virtus certified and have their CYO license.
  

We are looking for coaches for our B-teams!

USC Football 9/7/24 (Saint Sebastian Sports Partnership)

• The first 12 students to submit their permission slips and registration payment for flag football will receive one free ticket to attend the USC vs. Utah State game this Saturday at 8:00 pm at the LA Memorial Coliseum.

Clubs will start the week of September 9, 2024. All clubs take place from 3:15-4:00 pm!

Parents must sign the permission slip and turn it in to the teacher leading their student's desired club before attending the first session. Your child can join as many clubs as they want. Here are the options:

1. Digital Design: Monday, lead by Ms. S (1st Grade Classroom)

2. Board Games: Monday, lead by Mrs. Arriaga (3rd grade Classroom)

3. Spanish Club: Tuesdays, lead by Mrs. Villasenor (Kinder Classroom)

4. Arts and Crafts: Wednesday lead by Ms. Iniguez (3rd Grade Classroom)

6. Robotics: Thursday, lead by Mr. Borgerding (4th Grade Classroom)

Back to School Night was a success!

Thank you all for joining us. We are grateful to everyone who donated items or your time to make the event such a blast—a special thank you to the Knights for spending their time on the grill.
