FOR RISING 6TH GRADE PARENTS
Holcomb Bridge Middle School has 2 available parent seats open for election on our School Governance Council beginning in fall 2026. If you are looking for an opportunity to engage with our school community, this is a great opportunity for you! There is a minimal time commitment (we meet 6 times per school year) and you can work with school leadership and the community to help determine the long-term direction of the school, design innovative solutions to increase academic achievement, and serve as school ambassadors to the local community.
If you are interested in running for a position on the HBMS School Governance Council, please complete and submit a Parent/Guardian Candidate Declaration Form. We are very excited about the work and value-add of our SGC. We hope that you will consider running for a position! The Candidate Declaration period ends March 27th, and voting will take place April 22 – April 29. In the meantime, if you would like more information about the charter system or SGC elections visit our school’s website or our Charter System Overview or contact Principal Jennifer Cassidy at 470-254-5285 or cassidyj@fultonschools.org .

- Grades 4–5: Students will complete a full assessment, including height, weight, curl-ups, push-ups, the PACER, trunk lift, and sit-and-reach.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Lisa Williams at williamsl6@fultonschools.org.
