Hoyne Happenings
Hello Families,
As we head into our final week of school, I want to thank our students, families, and staff for an incredible year of learning, growth, and connection. This week will be filled with celebrations, special activities, and opportunities to reflect on all that we have accomplished together. We are proud of our students' hard work and the kindness they have shown throughout the year. Let's finish strong and make this last week a memorable one for everyone.
As our 5th graders prepare to move on to middle school, we thank them for the legacy they have left at Pembroke. We are so proud of the people they have become and wish them the best of luck. We will celebrate them on Wednesday with our 5th grade promotion ceremony and celebration, along with our clap out on Friday.
On Friday, we will continue our tradition of Move Up Day. A separate email with details will be sent to families. We are also excited to welcome our new class of kindergarteners and junior kindergartens on Friday. Looking forward to a great week. Hopefully, I will get the chance to see many of you throughout the week. For those that I do not, I hope you have a summer filled with joy and relaxation.

Gift Crowd - End of the Year Gifts
The Pembroke PTA has created a GiftCrowd web page, linked here, where families can make a contribution toward a group gift card for their homeroom and/or specials teachers. Families can click on a teacher’s name, make a contribution via debit/credit card, and write a personal greeting to the teacher.
This gift crowd link will end on Thursday, June 11th at 9:00am. At that time, teachers will receive a notification about their gift and will be able to read the greetings. Each teacher will be able to choose how they want to use their gift by redeeming the collected amount into more than 130 types of gift cards, including an option for a Visa gift card.
