US Bands- Thank You and Results
Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make US Bands competition a success on Saturday! We more than doubled our fundraising from last year by running our own concessions at the event. This is only possible because of the tireless work of countless volunteers. Running a marching contest and performing the same day is no easy task. Again, thank you for your hard work and dedication to the band program!
Here are the results from Saturday's contest:
Prelims:
- First place in Group IV
- Caption awards for best Music, Visual, Percussion, and Overall Effect
Finals:
- 1st place out of all groups
- Caption awards for best Music, Visual, Percussion, and Overall Effect
We are very proud of everyone's performance on Saturday! The work doesn't change on Monday- let's keep getting better!

Each student has an account already created on the sales page. The sale will continue until Oct 14th. Please click the link below or scan the QR code to place your orders today!

Thank you to everyone who passed the last grade check. The next grade check will be on October 16th. Yes, this is only two weeks away. This is not a mistake. Please continue to attend tutoring and make sure you have all your work turned in!
Students who failed the six weeks grade check will receive an email this week with expectations while they are ineligible.

- Have fun!
We only control our own work and performance.
We respect our competitors as peers and know they are working as hard as we are.
The judges are watching and listening to us with an open mind and a fair heart.
Placements and trophies are secondary to the feeling of SUPERIOR performances.
We accept ALL results with dignity and grace.
