Happy New Year! I hope this message finds everyone doing well and feeling well-rested after the week of break. Perhaps you are happy that your students are back here with us at HMS!

In last week's Hiller Heads Up you may have noticed that the HPTO is hosting Jon Mattleman next week, as he will be sharing his "Secret Lives of Teens and Tweens" presentation. First, a big thank you to the HPTO for providing this opportunity for our school community. Second, I truly hope you can join us to hear Jon speak. I attended a presentation of his years ago, and I can honestly say that his words have had a lasting impression on who I am both as a dad and as an educator.
