Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week
Thank you to everyone who helped support Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week. Our teachers & staff do so much for our kids during the year, so it was great to shower them with gratitude through:
- Breakfast burritos to kick off the week Monday morning*
- Taco Tuesday/Cinco do Mayo lunch
- Build-your-own trail mix bar on Wednesday
- School supply drive to add to their classrooms on Thursday + thank-you notes written by students at the 4th Quarter Showcase Night
- Sonic drinks as an afternoon refresher Friday afternoon to close out the week*
Thanks to all of you who made this possible by bringing food/drinks for the lunch; donating money to supplement other activities; or donating school supplies. Our teachers and staff appreciate it so much!
* Thanks to Station 3 coffee on Midland & Shawnee Mission Parkway for offering a generous discount on the burritos. And thanks to Sonic at Shawnee Mission Parkway & Pflumm for donating the Sonic drinks. If you're near one of them, stop in to say thanks for supporting MT!
