Thank you Minnesota Power
The Carlton County 4‑H fair building has long been a place where youth proudly display the projects they’ve worked on throughout the year. From livestock care to crafts, science experiments, and leadership initiatives, the fair is the culmination of months of learning and dedication.
Unfortunately, the building itself had fallen into disrepair, with siding and other structural elements needing replacement. As a result, many projects were at risk of being damaged, diminishing the hard work and enthusiasm of the youth. Updating the fair building was not just about maintenance—it was about preserving a space where young people can showcase their achievements, celebrate their growth, and inspire the community.
Thanks to the support of Minnesota Power, funding was secured to replace the siding and restore the building. Their contribution ensured that the efforts of local youth could continue, protecting their projects and sustaining the tradition of learning and showcasing at the county fair. This partnership highlights the importance of community investment in spaces that nurture the next generation of leaders.
Carlton County Youth Outcome Survey
The Carlton County Youth Outcome Survey is to learn about you and your 4-H experiences in the past year. Your feedback here helps us share what youth learn in 4-H and gives us benchmarks to make the program better.
This survey is private. No one at your school, home, or 4-H program or project will see your answers. Please answer all of the questions as honestly as you can. If you are uncomfortable answering a question, you may leave it blank. Your responses will not affect your participation or place in the program in any way.
