Just a reminder that the 1st Quarter ends this Friday October 18th, and report cards will be available in the Parent Portal on October 23rd. If you need help accessing your Parent Portal account, please contact the school office at (440)942-2099.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm on October 24th, October 29th and November 4th. All families are encouraged to attend! Please reach out to your child's teachers if you don't already have an appointment scheduled.

As colder weather approaches, we'd like to remind you to make sure students are dressed for any type of Ohio weather! Layers and options are always a good idea! The district also sent out this letter regarding calamity days.

We request and appreciate your support as we enforce some important school policies. Many students bring a cell phone to school, but they are expected to have it turned off and put away in a bookbag during the school day. Also, students are not allowed to wear hats or hoods inside the school, unless of course we have a school spirit "Hat Day". Thank you!

Students will have Physical Education on each of their Related Arts Days as shown above. *Note: Students in Miss Zeno's and Mrs. Cosentino's classes will have Physical Education on B and E Days unless otherwise communicated by the teachers.

Classroom Halloween Parties are Thursday, October 31st from 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm. Classroom teachers are in charge of organizing their 4 unaccompanied volunteers as well as class treats/activities. All volunteers are prearranged and must be checked in through our school office.

Please save the date for the upcoming PTO Fall Festival - Sunday, October 20th. This event goes from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Edison. This is always a fun-filled family event, provided at no cost to families. Thank you to our PTO for hosting this event! Volunteer sign up information will be shared soon.

If you believe your child is experiencing challenges in terms of their mental well-being, it is important to reach out to your principal. To meet your child’s needs, it’s essential to collaborate with the principal and school personnel to explore resources and services available at school. In addition to Crossroads Counselors, the District also has family liaisons and guidance counselors who can provide needed interventions and support.

A 2025 Chevrolet Trax 1LS is up for grabs! Raffle tickets are available at this Car Raffle Website. All proceeds go to the student groups in the schools. The drawing will be held at the North-South Basketball game in January.

The Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools and the Cleveland Food Bank will provide monthly produce for any family in the community. Please see below for dates and locations.
