The bright spot of our first day with students in 2026 has been seeing the smiles on our students faces, their hugs and high fives, and getting back into our routines. Thank you for sharing your child with us at Hope Elementary!

For the spring semester (Quarter 3 & 4), we are looking forward to:

• MAP progress data at the end of January- reading and math progress
• Parent-Teacher/Family Conferences- our goal is to meet about every student January-March
• Language Proficiency progress with K-12 Summit and TELPAS
• Spring Title I Game Night, Sweetheart Family Dance, music programs, Spotlight Celebrations, and more.

As continued growth is a priority for our school, we invite you to share feedback with us about the first semester of this school year. A reminder that all Hope Elementary students qualify for free breakfast each day 7:00-7:50. Arrive in time to get breakfast and eat before instructional time begins at 7:55.

MAP Growth Assessment Family Reports have been uploaded to the Conroe ISD Home Access Center (HAC). The MAP Growth Family Report summarizes how your student is performing academically, as measured by the most recent MAP Growth test taken. To access the MAP Growth Family Report in HAC, navigate to the District Applications tab and click on "MAP Testing Reports".

• To learn more about the MAP Growth test, you can view the What is MAP Growth Video for Families (English) or Qué es MAP Growth-Video for families (Spanish).
• Additional information about MAP Growth can be found by visiting NWEA.org/familytoolkit.

Our Hope Amazon Wishlist is filled with items for our students and staff! We appreciate donations of items for gift cards for items such as Husky Cart student treats and toys, items for our Husky Hangout, classroom items for engaging student learning, and items that spread sunshine and fuel our passion for learning!
