Meet Your Administrators
School Counselor
Greetings, Trinity Leadership Family!
Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year!
My name is Dr. Tracie Y. Spears, and I am excited to begin another amazing year at Trinity Leadership as your School Counselor. This year brings an exciting change to my role—I will now serve as the School Counselor for students in grades 6–12. As I am entering my 23rd year in education (20th as a School Counselor), I am thrilled to have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our junior high and high school scholars as we work together to ensure they have the support they need to succeed academically, socially, emotionally, and personally.
Throughout the school year, I will be visiting classrooms to provide guidance lessons focused on topics such as bullying, decision making, and conflict resolution. These classroom lessons are designed to help students develop confidence, resilience, and the tools they need to navigate both school and life successfully.
I look forward to partnering with our students, families, teachers, and staff throughout the year. Together, we can help every scholar grow into a confident, compassionate, and successful leader.
To help keep families informed, I will share a School Counseling Newsletter every six weeks featuring important updates, upcoming events, and reminders.
Please know that my door is always open. If you have questions, concerns, or simply need support, do not hesitate to reach out. I am honored to serve the Trinity Leadership community and look forward to a fantastic school year!
Wishing everyone a wonderful, successful, and rewarding 2026–2027 school year!
Cordially,
Dr. Tracie Y. Spears

His commitment to students is evident in everything he does. He believes that every student has the potential to succeed and that strong relationships, high expectations, and a supportive school environment are essential to helping students reach their goals.
Mr. Washington began his journey with Trinity Christian School in 2011. Ms. R. Solomon
Robin Solomon is excited to join the Trinity Leadership Public Schools family as Assistant
Principal. After spending several successful years as a corporate executive, she felt God calling
her to pursue her true purpose—educating, inspiring, and empowering young people to become
exceptional leaders in the global community. That calling led her into education, where she has
spent more than a decade serving as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Associate Principal.
Throughout her career, Ms. Solomon has been passionate about developing both people and
potential. She believes that leadership is not about position, but about service, influence, and
empowering others to become the very best version of themselves. She is committed to
supporting teachers in their professional growth, fostering a culture of excellence, and helping
students discover their unique gifts, strengths, and purpose. She believes every student deserves a
caring adult who believes in them, challenges them to grow, and inspires them to dream beyond
their circumstances.
Ms. Solomon earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Morgan State University, her
MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University, studied Educational Leadership at
Lamar University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership at Capella University. She was
also honored as Assistant Principal of the Year in recognition of her commitment to
instructional excellence and student success.
Grounded in a strong faith in God, Ms. Solomon approaches leadership with humility, integrity,
compassion, and a servant's heart. Her educational philosophy is simple: every child can learn,
every child can lead, and every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. She strives to
build meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff while creating a safe, supportive
environment where high expectations are matched with encouragement and opportunity.
Ms. Solomon is honored to serve the Trinity Leadership community and looks forward to
partnering with students, families, and staff to help every child grow academically, develop as a
leader, and realize their God-given potential.
Visitor Identification Requirement
To help maintain a safe and secure learning environment for all students and staff, all visitors entering Trinity Leadership schools must present a valid, physical, government-issued photo identification.
Please note the following:
- A physical driver's license or government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
- Paper IDs, temporary paper licenses, digital IDs, photos of IDs, or IDs displayed on a cell phone will not be accepted.
- Please ensure your driver's license or state-issued identification card is current and available whenever you visit the campus.
These procedures are in place to protect our students and staff. Visitor identification is used to verify the identity of individuals entering the building and, when applicable, to screen visitors through the district's visitor management system before access is granted.
Texas Education Code § 38.022 (School Visitors) authorizes school districts to require visitors to present a driver's license or another government-issued photo identification before entering school property. The law also permits school districts to verify visitor information as part of their campus safety procedures.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to keep our campuses safe.

Cell Phone Policy (Per the State of Texas)
Texas House Bill 1481 – Student Device Policy Update
Texas has enacted House Bill 1481, a new law that prohibits the use of cell phones and other personal communication devices by students during the school day in public and open-enrollment charter schools. This legislation is designed to minimize distractions and foster a more focused academic environment. Under this law, school districts and charter schools must implement policies that either completely ban device usage during school hours or require devices to be securely stored.
In accordance with this law, Trinity Leadership will be enforcing a campus-wide policy aligned with HB 1481. While the full details of our policy are currently being finalized, it will reflect our commitment to maintaining a learning environment free from unnecessary distractions. Specific guidelines, consequences, and procedures will be shared with families soon to ensure consistency and clarity across all campuses and grade levels.
We recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances in which a student needs access to a phone for medical reasons. These cases will be reviewed individually, and accommodations may be granted on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation and administrative approval. We appreciate your continued support and cooperation as we work to implement this important change in the best interest of our students' academic success.

To ensure our attendance policies are consistently followed and enforced, we have designated attendance administrators for each school level. This digital option streamlines the process, ensuring that documentation is received promptly and securely. By scanning the QR code with a smartphone or tablet, parents will be directed to an online form where they can upload necessary files or provide absence details. This helps the school maintain accurate attendance records while offering a user-friendly experience for families.
We encourage all parents to take advantage of this system as it reduces paperwork and improves communication between home and school. Whether your child is out due to illness, a doctor’s appointment, or another valid reason, submitting documentation through the QR code ensures your child’s records are up to date. Thank you for helping us make the attendance process more efficient and responsive.

While third-party food deliveries are not allowed, parents, guardians, and immediate family members such as grandparents are welcome to drop off lunch for their student if needed. All lunches must be brought to the front office and clearly labeled with the student’s name. Office staff will ensure the student is notified to pick up their lunch during their designated lunchtime.
