Sunbeam Family Newsletter

At Sunbeam, we believe that connection, trust and equity are at the forefront of our work with families. We believe that family engagement means that we work to connect with our students and their families in meaningful and supportive ways that improve the learning and growth of all Sunbeam students. Our goal is that all Sunbeam families experience the benefits of our nurturing and supportive staff and develop lasting and trusting connections to our team.

Dear Parents & Families,

Welcome back to Sunbeam for the 2024-2025 school year! I hope you've had a wonderful summer. We are looking forward to welcoming you and your students back to Sunbeam for another great year.

We hope you will join us on Thursday, August 15th from 3-5pm for our annual Meet & Greet. Meet your student's teacher, pick up free school supplies and backpacks and get to know our staff. School will then begin for our students in grades 1-8 the following Monday, with kindergarten and PK being phased in later on 8/23/24 and 9/3/24.

Looking forward to seeing you and your students in a few weeks!

Ms. Humphrey

The goal this summer is to send the 2024-25 School Assignments and Transportation information via email. Electronic communication is the most efficient way to get accurate information and changes to families in a timely manner.

The student's school assignment, school start time/end time, transportation information, and other relevant information will be sent in the email communication. A link to the District's EduLog Parent Portal where you can get the most up to date information on their child's bus information will be included as well.

Help us communicate important info with you! Update your email address or phone number by clicking here.
