PBMS Family STRONG!
Our first Family STRONG raffle winner is Grayson Mackey and family!!
We want to thank all of the families that contributed insights for their students during Giant Day! It is extremely helpful for our teachers and staff to integrate those helpful tips and tricks that only families know in order for us to help them be successful. If you have not done so, here is the link: PBMS Giant Day. We are committed to establishing and maintaining relationships with not just our students, but those that care for them as well. Hopefully, you all have PBMS Passports to get stamped when you visit our campus to include you in future raffles for these baskets!

The cost of insurance is $30 per student with a family cap of $60 and can be purchased using this link: CLICK HERE
MAP Assessment
This week, students will follow an alternative schedule on a few days to complete the Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) assessment. MAP helps us understand student progress in reading and mathematics and identify areas for continued growth. Students will still attend all of their regular classes, though class times may be adjusted slightly to accommodate testing. We appreciate your support as we complete these important district assessments.
Wayfinder
Social emotional learning is a central element to the education of middle school students and as we begin the school year, just as assess core academic skills, we also conduct assessments around their abilities to relate to one another and manage themselves emotionally. A tool we use throughout the district are the Wayfinder Waypoints skills and attached is a letter explaining the purpose and delivery of this tool that will begin this month. Thank you for taking the time to be Giant Family STRONG and staying involved and aware of the activities your student is engaged in!
Counselor's Corner
Hello Families,

Your student will be taking a Counseling Needs Assessment the week of September 21, 2026. The purpose of this assessment is to get an overall sense of how students are feeling about school, determine any potential need for support groups, and identify any individuals who may be needing individual support.
