Please review the Guidelines below VERY CAREFULLY

Week 12 / 2nd 9-Week Grading Period

NO LUNCH VISITORS THIS WEEK

• Date / Time: Friday, October 30
• Location: CHS Football Stadium **
• Time(s): E. Church St. Gate (The only entrance for visitors!) Opens @ 9:00 am / Parading begins between 9:45 am - 10:00 am
• Estimated Parade Duration: 30 - 40 minutes after it begins

** Students must report to CPS as a normal school day - students are not permitted to report directly to the high school, as they will not be allowed to parade.

ATTENDANCE & CHECK-OUT

1. Students must report to CPS Friday morning on time to ensure they are able to parade. Students arriving later than 8:00 am are not ensured participation, due to bus loading times and safety.
2. Check-outs are not permitted at the high school - ALL STUDENTS will return to CPS on their assigned bus (Check-out procedures below).
3. All check-outs will be at the main entrance to CPS - the doors to the PreK & K side will not be accessible.

Check-out Times **

1. Earliest PreK & Mixed Grade Homeroom Check-out: 11:15 am
2. Earliest Kindergarten Homeroom Check-out: 11:25 am
3. Earliest 1st Grade Homeroom Check-out: 11:35 am
4. Earliest 2nd Grade Homeroom Check-out: 11:45 am
5. Earliest 3rd Grade Homeroom Check-out: 12:00 pm

** If you have students in multiple grades, please adhere to the latest of the check-out times.

**Again, ALL CHECK-OUTS are at the main entrance lobby - please do not report to the Early Learning (PreK/K) lobby.

PARKING, ARRIVAL, SEATING & VIEWING

1. Parking is not permitted on the CHS campus - this is for CHS students & staff only.
2. Parking will be a challenge, so please plan accordingly - including time to walk a short distance to the school.
3. We recommend carpooling to the greatest degree possible
4. CAUTION - Local businesses may choose to tow vehicles that are illegally parked, so please be mindful!
5. PTC will assist families with seating sections that are specific to the grade level of students - this is to maximize your viewing convenience.
6. Viewing is only permitted in clearly identified sections (home stands side) - viewing from the perimeter fence will not be allowed.
7. Please plan to stay for the duration of the parade - exiting early is not respectful to viewing parents or the students that have come to hear your cheers - please remain seated for the duration of the parade if all possible.
