We are so grateful for our Military Families and the sacrifices that they make each day. Thank you to everyone who has worn purple on Fridays to show their support to our military families.

Here are the three things that you need to know for the week.

1. Yearbook orders close April 30. We will not have extras if you forget to order. You can check myDSD to see if you have already purchased a copy.

2. Testing will begin this week and will continue through the end of the school year. Please check with your child's teacher for specific testing schedules.

3. If your student would like to participate in Martial Arts there is still room. Classes begin on Monday.

The chair is just in charge of organizing, delegating, brainstorming with their committee and reporting to the PTA board. These activities can’t happen without your help! Each month students have a chance to earn 4 brag tags. One for the monthly mission, monthly reading, math and monthly attendance.

Operation: Planet Protector

Mission: Take action to protect the earth—reduce waste, reuse materials, and recycle.

Bonus Challenge: Organize a class effort to improve or clean up your school grounds.
