Student Action Teams: Our Leaders Step Up!
What an incredible week at Evergreen Elementary! Over 150 students applied and interviewed for our nine Student Action Teams—and we couldn't be more proud of their enthusiasm and leadership!
From Office Assistants greeting visitors with bright smiles, to our Assembly Action Team coordinating school events, to the Beautification Team keeping our campus beautiful, to Library helpers and so much more—our students are ready to make a difference!
The energy and dedication these young leaders showed during the interview process was truly inspiring. We can't wait to see them in action as they contribute to making Evergreen the amazing school it is. Congratulations to everyone who applied—your willingness to serve and lead does not go unnoticed!
Stay tuned to see our Student Action Teams in action throughout the year. We're so fortunate to have such remarkable students leading the way!
Education Support Drive
THANK YOU, EVERGREEN COMMUNITY!
We surpassed our goal! Our students and staff deeply appreciate your generous donations. Your support provides additional resources and enriching experiences that make a real difference in our students' education. Thank you for investing in Evergreen!
Spirit Assembly is full on GREEN!
Last Friday, our entire school SOARed into leadership during our end of the month school-wide Spirit Assembly! 🙌 Every student and staff were asked to show their school spirit, by either wearing a school shirt or a green color shirt.
Our amazing Student Lighthouse Team showed leadership by going class to class, calculating participation percentages 📊🦅.
And the winners are… 🥁
🏆 Primary Spirit Leader Class Winners: Room 8, Mrs. Chang
🏆 Upper Grade Spirit Leader Class Winners: Room 27, Mrs. Ruhl
These classes will display our Magnetic Spirit Leader Banner with pride! 🔥🙌
Way to go, leaders!

ELAC Meeting
We had a great turn out at our first English Language Advisory Committee Meeting! This community is so important for our school and our love and support towards our Multilingual learners. Parents learned all about the ELPAC and how it drives instruction for our students as well as tips on how to support their child at home. We are looking forward to our next ELAC Meeting on November 13th! Hope to see you there!
