Stop by the library to take a guess at the number of Hershey Kisses in the jar!

Have your guess in by Friday, December 12th. The winner will be announced Monday, December 15th!

The person with the closest guess will win the jar of Hershey Kisses, a Poster and a New Book!

If all of your library books are returned or renewed by Thursday, December 11th you can enter your name into the drawing to win a hot chocolate, candy cane and a NEW BOOK!

Email Mrs. Gee if you are unsure of overdue books or check in the My Info. section in Destiny Library Resources.

Enter your name by the book display as you enter the Library.

5 Middle School and 5 High School names will be drawn on Friday, December 12th!

Stop by the library to make an Ornament.

Choose between a Penguin or Snowflake. They are yours to keep. Hurry while supplies lasts!

Have you seen Alvin the Elf in the Library? Beginning Tuesday, December 2nd start looking for the elf on the shelf when you visit. Don’t expect to see him hanging out in plain sight, he likes to find a quiet place to read. If you see him hiding, bring him to Mrs. Gee to pick out a treat! He will move daily so keep an eye out.

Students who find him will also get to enter their name in a drawing for a new book and poster! Two MS and two HS Winners will be drawn and announced on Monday, December 22nd!

Are you looking for a unique gift for a family member or friend? Stop by the library to pick up directions and a discarded library book to create your very own masterpiece. By simply measuring and folding pages, you can create a special gift for someone.

Ask Mrs. Gee for help and then get started on your project! Not only are you taking time to create something unique, but you are also saving a book!

Please remember to renew or return your overdue library books. Some students have been on the waitlist for books that were checked out earlier this fall. Books can be checked out for 3 weeks before they need to be returned or renewed. You can have up to 4 books checked out at one time.

When you are at the printer. Click ID Number to sign in. You do NOT have to log in with your full email and password. Do NOT click Username and Password. Click ID Number to sign in. This will save you a lot of time.

Tip: Your ID number should be the same as your Chromebook Password.

Get ready for the Snowman Coloring Contest!

There are three rules:

1. Design the Snowman – get creative!
2. Kids should write their name, age, and best phone number on the back of the Snwman.
3. Turn in the final Snowman to one of the Fortifi Bank locations by 12/15/25 for a chance to win a $25.00 gift card!

There will be three winners per branch (one per age group: 5 and under / 6-9 / 10+) .

If you don’t have a library card make sure to stop by the public library to sign up for one so you have access to books, movies and more!

Mrs. Gee also has Library Card Application sheets in the library for you to fill out so all you have to do is drop them off. The library staff can issue you your card right away for you to start using.
