This week, our SAVE (Students Against Violence Everywhere) Promise Club is leading Start With Hello Week. The goal is simple—encouraging students to reach out, include others, and make sure no one feels alone. Each day will feature small activities that promote kindness, connection, and school spirit.

✅ On absence notes, be sure to include your student’s FIRST and LAST name clearly written.

Seniors: Mark your calendars for College Application Week!

Monday, October 20th at 7:30 AM - Sunday October 26th at 5:00 PM application fees will be waived for select colleges and universities in North Carolina IF students use either CFNC.org or NC College Connect for their applications. This could save you hundreds of dollars on application fees, so don't miss it!

The application fee waiver will NOT work on The Common Application or any other application platforms.

CHHS Pirates: Arrgh Raising Treasures for Training!

We’re thrilled to launch the 2025 CHHS Cash Raffle! This is your chance to support our student-athletes and help upgrade the weight room, the training hub for our Pirates, while entering to win up to $4,000.

Every ticket helps improve the experience for our athletes and brings us closer to our fundraising goal. Join the fun, support our team, and you could walk away with a big win!
