Educational Benefits Form Due December 19
Educational Benefits Forms generate funds to pay some school salaries and more in order to opportunities open up for students
All families enrolled in Minneapolis Public Schools need to complete the Educational Benefits Form EVERY YEAR.
Applications completed by our families...
- generate millions of dollars in funding for MPS and our schools, students and families.
- determine benefits for students and families like free bus cards.
Need Help? Contact our social workers! 612-668-4100 and ask for a social worker.
The income thresholds are higher than for some programs, so many families are surprised to find they DO qualify for benefits. If you wish to decline benefits, you can do so early in the application. Questions? email info.cws@mpls.k12.mn.us

Picture Retake Day is on Tuesday, December 9th.
You can place your order on mylifetouch.com.
