Mission I'm Possible:
LOE Families,
It's hard to believe that we are in the final month of the school year! The month of May promises to be an eventful 4 weeks for our students and we can't wait to celebrate all of our accomplishments this school year!
Be Proactive: Our final SAC meeting will be May 13th in the media center @ 7:30 am. Our fifth grade moving up ceremony is scheduled for May 27th @ 5:00 pm at GCHS.
Synergize: Our LOE community will celebrate Staff Appreciation Week during the week of May 5th - May 9th. Please consider synergizing with your child to complete the "All-Star Questionnaire" for staff appreciation week. Copies were sent home in your child's Thursday folder. Join me in celebrating our amazing staff at LOE! (see flyer below)
Put First Things First: In class, students are talking about the importance of goal achievement and the steps we take to accomplish our goals. How appropriate for this time of year when many of our students are celebrating their success with goal achievement! Try talking to your child about their Wildly Important Goals and celebrating their success!
Thank you,
LOE Administrative Team

Did you know?
From the LOE Communication Action Team:
Laurel Oak Elementary students and staff practice the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. In an effort to provide our families with information regarding how we practice the 7 Habits, each month we will feature a "Did you know?" segment to help understand the implementation of the 7 Habits within our school community.
