Message from Our Principal
Dear Mountain View Family,
I hope you and your family are excited as we embark on a brand-new academic year. On behalf of the entire faculty and staff at Mountain View, I extend a warm welcome to all our amazing families!
We firmly believe that a successful educational journey requires a strong partnership between home and school. Your involvement, support, and active engagement in your child's education are vital in ensuring their overall growth and academic success. We truly appreciate your commitment, and we are excited to work together to make this school year truly outstanding.
We had two great events over the last two weeks. Thank you for coming out for the Back2Schoil Bash and Meet the Teacher night. We loved seeing all the smiling faces. We encourage you to continue to participate in your child's educational journey by attending parent-teacher conferences, school events, and staying connected with their progress. Together, we can ensure that your child receives the best possible education and experiences personal growth and success.
Communication plays a crucial role in our partnership, and we want to keep you well-informed about school news, events, and important updates. Our school newsletter will be sent out monthly, providing valuable information about upcoming events, curriculum highlights, and opportunities for involvement. In addition, I will send out a Black Board Connect email each week with reminders about upcoming events. Beginning the second week of school each grade level will send parents/guardians a weekly newsletter highlighting that grade level.
On behalf of the entire Mountain View community, I would like to express our gratitude for your trust and partnership. Together, let's make this school year a memorable one, filled with growth, learning, and remarkable achievements for our children. We are excited and honored to have you as valuable members of our school community. Let us work hand in hand to provide an exceptional educational experience for our students.
Warmest regards,
LaBecca Thompson
Principal, Mountain View ES
