π A Message from the Principal: So Much to Be Thankful For! π
Dear Spradley Families,
Weβre gearing up for our APEX fundraiser starting on October 27, 2026! π
π Our annual Trunk or Treat is Thursday, October 29, from 5:00β7:00 PM, and we hope youβll join us! Please consider donating a bag of candy to the donation box in the school foyer. Think of it as sharing your candy with the whole Spradley neighborhoodβwithout having to answer your door! Of course, you can always do both! π¬
πΈ Fall Picture Day is Wednesday, October 21! Dress to impress and bring your biggest, brightest smile!
Thank you again for all the love and support during Principal Appreciation. Your thoughtful gestures have meant so much to me. I feel incredibly lucky to be the principal of such an amazing school community!
π Birthday Celebration Reminder! π
We love celebrating our scholars on their special day! To help keep all students safe and mindful of food allergies, we kindly remind families that birthday treats must be non-edible. Fun alternatives include stickers, pencils, erasers, or other small goodies. Thank you for helping us create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can celebrate!

π Family Tip of the Week: Lunch Drop Off
Dear Spradley Families,
We kindly ask that families dropping off lunch for students do so by 10:00 a.m.
We receive many lunch deliveries each day. This timeframe helps our office staff manage their daily responsibilities without ongoing interruptions throughout lunch periods, which span approximately 10:00 a.m.β1:00 p.m. It also protects instructional time by reducing calls to classrooms for students to collect lunches.
We encourage students to build independence by arriving with their lunches, water bottles, and other materials each morning. When a separate lunch delivery is needed, we appreciate your help following our drop-off process.
Families joining their child for lunch are welcome to bring lunch at their childβs scheduled lunchtime. If you are dropping off food and will not be staying to eat with your child, we kindly ask that you adhere to the 10:00 a.m. drop-off time.
Thank you for your understanding and partnership in keeping our school day running smoothly!
With Pride,
Jo-Bina Grace
National School Lunch Week

Together We Champion
We love seeing our community partnerships bring learning to life! A huge thank you to Rock Hill High School students, led by Arjun Samir, for bringing an engaging STEAM experience to our Spradley scholars! Students explored electrical circuits using batteries, wires, and light bulbs while learning about conduction. They also enjoyed an interactive bingo game to build their knowledge of data centers and technology. What a wonderful opportunity to inspire curiosity, encourage hands-on learning, and connect our scholars with future leaders! π #SpradleyPride
Together We Cultivate
Our 5th-grade scholars became Poetry Doctors during an exciting classroom transformation! Students diagnosed their poetry patients by identifying elements of poetry and discussing the purpose and impact of each element to find the perfect cure! What a creative way to bring learning to life while encouraging critical thinking, collaboration, and meaningful academic discussions! Way to go, 5th grade! π #SpradleyPride
Together We Empower
A huge thank you to the Prosper Education Foundation (PEF) for their continued generosity and support of our campuses, teachers, and scholars! Thanks to PEF, Mrs. Loftin received materials and supplies to enhance student discourse, collaboration, and engaging group projects. These resources will provide meaningful opportunities for our scholars to share ideas, think critically, and learn from one another. We are so grateful for community partners who help bring innovative learning experiences to life! π #SpradleyPride
π Together We Prosper
There is something truly special about our Spradley community! The positive culture we continue to build is a reflection of the kindness, encouragement, and genuine care our students, staff, and families show one another every day. Whether through small acts of kindness, celebrating successes, lending a helping hand, or simply lifting someone up, we see our community come together in so many meaningful ways. It's these moments that make Spradley more than just a schoolβit's a family! We are so grateful for the love, support, and Spradley PRIDE that make our school such an amazing place to learn and grow! π
