DFP Family Update
January 9, 2026
First Week of 2026 - Success!
It was wonderful to welcome our students back to school after winter break. Friends were excited to see one another again and enjoyed reconnecting with their peers as they returned to the classroom community. Our students quickly settled back into their routines and are actively engaged in their learning. This month, we are exploring winter-themed topics including Arctic animals, identifying “snowman feelings,” weather, and community helpers. We look forward to more learning and fun ahead! Thank you for your continued partnership, enjoy your weekend.
Warmly,
Julie Martin
Our Hand Me Up Event is in TWO WEEKS! January 25, 2026

Kindergarten Registration Information - Please Read
Walpole 2026-2027 Kindergarten Pre-registration will be conducted from January 5–January 30, 2026.
*Kindergarten age-qualified children are those that have turned five (5) years old before September 1 of the school year for which they are pre-registering.
If your child is currently enrolled or receiving special education services through Daniel Feeney Preschool Center, you do not need to submit the online registration form, birth certificate, or proof of residency. However, you will need to provide the elementary school with a copy of your child’s latest physical.
If your student will turn five by September 1, 2026 and you do NOT plan on sending him/her to Kindergarten, please contact Julie Martin as soon as possible.
