Woodbridge School's Vision
Woodbridge School inspires and nurtures students to be lifelong learners so that they can connect with the community and improve the world!
Principal's Message
It was another great week at Woodbridge! Our River Otters have been engaged in learning and doing a wonderful job following our PBIS Matrix each week! Keep up the good work!
As a reminder, Smart Watches will be treated the same as a phone on campus, per board policy. If a student is using the device on campus, it will be placed in the office for a parent/guardian to pick up.
Please see below for a couple of reminders:
Students drop off is between 7:45 am and 8:10 am.
Free breakfast will be served until 8:10.
Students not eating breakfast will head straight to the playground to walk.
Late students need to go directly to the office for a tardy slip.
TK/Kindergarten students need to be supervised by a parent/guardian until the teacher arrives.
Please put your child’s name on their backpack, clothing, and lunch box.
Other than BRIDGE PROGRAM students need to be picked up at the end of the school day, unless they walk/ride home.
Breakfast and Lunch are free to all interested students; bring ONLY healthy snacks to school. No candy, Hot Cheetos, or Takis
Please do not drop your child off in the bus loop in the morning. This is for busses ONLY. Also, please remain in your car in the drop off zone in front of the school to keep traffic moving along. This area is a loading/unloading zone ONLY. Thank you for helping our mornings run smooth!
As always, thank you for being a partner with us in your child's education! Together, WE can make a difference!

📣 Google Classroom Guardian Emails Now Synced with Aeries
You may have already noticed—guardian email invitations in Google Classroom are now automatically synced with the Aeries database.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Only guardians listed as Educational Rights Holders in Aeries are invited to receive weekly email summaries from Google Classroom.
- Manual guardian entries are no longer allowed. The list is fully controlled by the Aeries sync and updates nightly.
- If a guardian isn’t receiving the invitation, please direct them to contact the school office to update their information in Aeries.
- Guardians who wish to stop receiving emails can simply delete the invitation.
Please do not advise them to click “unsubscribe,” as that will not stop Google from resending the invitation. - Guardian summaries include:
- Missing work
- Upcoming work
- Recent announcements, assignments, and questions
- A preview link to Google Classroom
- Note: Grades, comments, and student attachments are not included.
No action is needed from you—just a heads-up in case families ask about it.
More info from Google: Guardian email summaries & preview FAQ
If you have any questions, please contact Savina Thompson.
Online data confirmation is now open in Aeries! Once completed, you’ll be able to view your child’s teacher assignment (TK–6).
This process is also how we collect updated contact information, which is essential to keep your child safe in case of an emergency.
✅ Please make sure to complete the income information page—even if you think it doesn’t apply to you. It helps our schools receive additional funding to support students.
📞 Questions? Call your child’s school—we’re happy to help!
BE PRESENT: Phones down, heads up. Lodi USD is committed to creating connections in the classroom. Starting this school year, students will be expected to keep their phones turned off during the school day - including lunches, breaks, and passing periods - as part of the district-wide initiative to Be Present. This initiative is designed to support a more focused learning environment while encouraging real, in-person connection outside of the digital world.
Please talk with your student(s) about this new initiative and the positive benefits associated with disconnecting during the school day. We believe that this initiative, over time, will support a more focused learning environment and encourage student connection outside of the digital world. You can find more information on the policy, the benefits, and frequently asked questions here.
