At Regionals this weekend, the boys' team finished 8th, while the girls' team placed 7th. It was the final competition for seniors Sean Finnigan and Mikayla Fleming, who both delivered strong performances. Finnigan battled through a severe thumb blister and finished in 8th, just 10 pins short of making the cut, with a final game score of 210. Other boys' results included Dylan Lasher in 27th, Brenden Peter in 43rd, Logan Romain in 54th, Bishop Wilson in 56th, and Caleb Wilson in 59th. On the girls' side, Fleming finished 15th, followed by Chloe DeLoy in 20th, Kayla Baughman in 41st, and Kaeleigh Gourieux in 44th.

According to Coach Shute, despite the challenges, the team made great strides, and the experience gained this year will be invaluable moving forward. The season had its ups and downs, but the team showed resilience and improvement. Shute hopes all bowlers continue to embrace the journey, refine their skills, and come back even stronger next year.
