A Message from Ms. Peterson
Hello MCP3 Families,
Our K3 scholars continue to make strides each day with demonstrating they are learning our classroom rules:
- We listen to the teachers.
- We are nice to others.
- We help keep our classroom clean.
- We play safely.
Thank you for checking your scholar's daily communication sheet in their folder every day and having a conversation with your child about following rules and safety commitments.
This Friday is our Attendance Celebration Day! Be sure your scholar is in school and on time this Friday, September 18th! See the flyer below for more details.
Here are few reminders about some of our Handbook Policies that help us maintain excellence and safety.
Tardies - School starts at 8:00am.
Tardy Definition: Any student arriving after 8:00am will be considered tardy.
Notification Requirement: If you anticipate that your child will be tardy, please contact the school office by 8:15am to inform them of the delay. Parents are allowed to make five phone calls per quarter to notify the school of late arrivals. If there are habitual office calls for tardies the family must meet with the Director.
Arrivals After 9:00am: Any student arriving after 9:00am must provide a doctorβs note to attend school that day.
Arrival/Departure
All K3 scholars will need to be walked into/out of the school using the MCP3 entrance by a person 16 years of age or older and your child must be signed in/out from your child's teacher. MCP3 does not have the staffing to escort scholars out to families or daycare transportation.
Aftercare
Our aftercare program is full. Any families in need of aftercare at this time will still need to fill out registration paperwork and will go on our wait list.
Billing Questions
Please reach out to our Office Manager Ms. Perine by emailing cassandra.perine@mkeprep.com or calling our office 414-264-6007 with any questions or concerns related to your payment or enrollment.
Our MCP3 payment policy states that payment must be made in advance of services. Be sure to make your payment on time so that your scholar's seat remains in good standing with our program.
With Love and Respect,
Ms. Peterson
Attendance Counts in K3 All Here, All Year!!
Help your child, your child's classroom, and our campus win the incentives for having the best attendance! Be sure your child arrives to school every day by 8:00!!!

Classroom Safety Commitments
Walking Feet
Scholars are encouraged to use their "Walking Feet" throughout the classroom and hallways to help keep everyone safe.
Listening Ears
"Listening Ears" encourages children to listen attentively when others are talking. This helps to keep the classroom safe because everyone will feel heard and understood and scholars will be able to follow the directions of their teachers.
Gentle Hands
"Gentle Hands" teaches scholars a respectable way of touching others. Gentle Hands can be used when scholars are trying to get a friend's attention, such as when asking for a toy or wanting to say "hello."
