Dear PES Families,

Yesterday was a wonderful day at PES as we celebrated our Students of the Month! We are so proud of their hard work. Please take a moment to enjoy the video below featuring all the students recognized during our all-school meeting.

It has been an active week across all grade levels! Mrs. Christensen’s class walked to Scott Farrar to spread some joy, singing spring songs and painting with the residents. Our hardworking 3rd graders spent time raking and prepping our butterfly garden for the season.

Reading with Ribby: For those participating, please ensure your bookmarks are turned in no later than Tuesday. We need these to finalized T-shirt sizes!

It’s our final week of Kids Heart Challenge! We are having a blast learning how to keep our hearts and minds healthy and happy. I’m so proud of our students and families. Together, our efforts will help to save lives!

There’s still time to help us reach our goal of 50% of our families joining our team. When that happens, our school will earn a $500 gift certificate for physical activity and recess equipment to support the health of our school community.

Every step in your mission – from learning Hands-Only CPR, to recognizing the warning signs of a stroke, to making or receiving a donation – makes our community safer and helps kids with special hearts.
