⭐This Week in the Library⭐

Third Graders climbed aboard my pirate ship and collected treasures throughout the library! Using a library treasure map, students collected their treasures (stickers) as they found all of the different sections in our library! All of the third grade pirates were successful and thankfully no one had to walk the plank!

Fourth and Fifth Graders refreshed their memory on how to find books throughout the library with a fun scavenger hunt. They were given clues to find books in the nonfiction, fiction, graphic novel, and easy sections and then had to write the title and call number for the book.

Hispanic Heritage Month

From September 15th through October 15th, we will be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month in the library!

Throughout the month, we’ll explore Hispanic culture, history, and contributions through a variety of fun and educational activities. Students will enjoy reading books about inspirational Hispanic people, learning about Hispanic traditions and culture, and playing Hispanic Heritage Guess Who!

Join us in the library as we learn, celebrate, and appreciate the rich cultures and accomplishments of the Hispanic community!
