Dear Pentucket Families,
It has been another exciting week here at Pentucket, especially for our winter athletic teams!
Our Boys Hockey Team made an impressive run into the second round of the playoffs this week. The team faced the #1 seed and played exceptionally well, competing hard from start to finish and representing Pentucket with tremendous pride. We are incredibly proud of their effort, teamwork, and determination throughout the season.
Our Girls Basketball Team continues their playoff journey Saturday as they head to Bishop Fenwick High School to take on St. John's Prep Eagles. Tip-off is at 3:00 PM, and we are cheering them on as they continue their postseason run. Best of luck to our players and coaches!
I also had the opportunity to attend the dress rehearsal for our upcoming High School production of Bright Star, and I can honestly say it is beyond outstanding. The students and staff have put together an incredible show, and if you have the opportunity to attend, I strongly encourage you to do so. You will not be disappointed.
On another note, I was hoping we were finished with delayed openings and snow days for the year, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that we can move forward without any more interruptions. The forecasted spring-like weather ahead certainly gives us hope.
Enjoy the warmer temperatures this weekend—we have certainly earned them! Don't forget to spring ahead on Sunday - the days are getting longer :)
Have a great week,
Brenda Erhardt
