May 7th- Day of Drumming in specials classes
May 8th-16th- End of Year assessments
May 9th- 2nd grade send off 12:00-1:30 (visitors will head to the back of the building; no badges needed)
May 12th- All library books are due
May 16th- Pre-k classroom awards and Fun Day 8:30-10 (pre-printed badges required)
May 19th- Speech Pathologists Appreciation Day Ms. Moseley and Ms. Ortiz
May 20th- 1st grade Block Party 10:30-11:30 (visitors will head to the back of the building; no badges needed)
May 20th- AR parties
May 21st- Kinder end of year party 10:45-11:45 (visitors will head to the back of the building; no badges needed)
May 22nd- 2nd grade Awards 9:45-10:30 (pre-printed badges required)
May 22nd- 1st grade awards in the classroom 8:45-9:30 (pre-printed badges required)
May 22nd- Kinder Bridging Ceremony in the cafeteria 8:30 and 9:30 (badges not required. All visitors will enter and exit through the cafeteria.)
May 22nd- Ms. Montes' class Awards 9-10:00. (pre-printed badges required)
May 22nd Half day! Dismissal for pre-k 11:15, Dismissal for k-2 11:30. NO KID CONNECTION

Hello Buckaroo Families,
A few reminders about all the end of year activities!
* Please complete the google form for a pre-printed badge! Forms will be sent out in a seperate email. Pre-printed badges saves time and gets everyone where they need to go without standing in long lines. Printing badges the day of the event is not ideal. We have limited staff and technology to run badges for the the hundreds of visitors we see at these events. We appreciate your cooperation!
*Extra parking on the last day of school will be available at the church along with shuttle buses.
*Arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to park and get to your event.

If your child is changing the way they are going home from their normal routine, please send an email to Marlene.Gray@wimberleyisd.net or call the front office at 512-847-3407. All changes to a child's transportation must go through the office via email or phone call the day of the change. The office will let your child and their teacher know of the change. All transportation changes should be made prior to 2:00. This allows us time to make the necessary arrangements.
Teachers are busy teaching throughout the day and may not see your email or text until after school or their may be a substitute in the classroom without access to the teacher's email. Sending the message through the office is the best way to communicate changes.
