Dear Longfellow Families,

As we head into the week of Thanksgiving, we want to take a moment to share our gratitude for the partnership, positivity, and support you bring to Longfellow Elementary. This time of year offers a wonderful opportunity to pause and appreciate our school community and the many ways we work together to help our students grow.

When we return from the break, we’ll have just 14 days until the holiday recess, a busy and exciting stretch filled with learning and special activities. Please remember that our team is here for you. If your child or your family needs any support during this time, don’t hesitate to reach out.

We wish all our Longfellow Rangers a safe, relaxing, and joyful Thanksgiving holiday. Enjoy the time with loved ones, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready for the weeks ahead.

It is the giving season and this year Longfellow Elementary will be collecting new hats, gloves, and scarves for students in need. Please send in those warm winter items from now until December 19th. We would like this year's tree to be the fullest yet! Thank you!

Winter is just around the corner, so it's time to get out the big coats, boots, gloves, and hats. We will be going outside all winter as long as the temperature is 21 degrees and above, please dress accordingly. If you are in need of winter clothing items please email our family liaison Ms. Jacque at Jacque.sparent@weschools.org
