Sectionals
Sectionals remain the same this week.
Please arrive no later than 6:55 AM so we can start at 7:00 AM
Tuesday 7:00 - 7:55 AM - Flutes & Clarinets
Wednesday 7:00 - 7:55 AM - Bass Clarinet, Bari Saxophone, Bassoon, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba
Thursday 7:00 - 7:55 AM - Alto Saxophone & Horn
Friday 7:00 - 7:55 AM - Trumpets
There are no percussion sectionals in the immediate future.
Clinician Days
Tuesday and Wednesday
On clinician days, we need every student in our rehearsals through A lunch (10:35-12:00). I have communicated with the teachers, but all Honors Band students should not be pulled.
We are spending money from our budget each time Mrs. Wine, Mr. Schmidt, or this week - Mr. Beck comes to work with us. Please do your best to be at school and in band during 4th and 5th period for these days.

Grades
Gradebook Closes Thursday - Be Eligible!
Grades are due this Friday, March 13. This grade check affects Pre-UIL, UIL, PEAK Festival, and NTFD. Be sure you're eligible to participate in all of these events, as this any absence would affect the whole group!
Mulch Fundraiser
Final Week
Please consider ordering mulch from our GCISD Band Booster Club to support all 6 GCISD Bands! GCISD cut $60,000 from the band programs this year, and this fundraiser is to help raise that money back.
GMS Band will get a cut of what is raised, so please consider purchasing this year's mulch from the GCISD Band Booster Club!

May 11 - CURRENT 6th & 7th Graders end of year auditions begin.
