February Highlights
Middle School Gifted Students STEM Experience
On February 20, 2026, middle school Gifted and Talented students from Legacy Academy and Elizabeth Middle School participated in an engaging, hands-on STEM workshop. Students explored the fundamentals of circuitry by learning how to wire circuits, solder components, and ultimately build their own light sabers.
This exciting opportunity not only strengthened students’ technical skills, but also encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and perseverance. It was inspiring to see students fully engaged in the design process and take pride in their completed projects.
