Summit Hill Families!

We’ve officially entered the final month of school and what an exciting time! 🎉 It’s hard to believe how quickly this year has gone by. Our students have worked so hard, and we are so proud of the growth they’ve made both academically and personally.

This last month is filled with opportunities to celebrate their accomplishments and enjoy special end-of-year events. Classrooms will be wrapping up important learning while also making time for fun, reflection, and memory-making moments your children will carry with them.

We appreciate your continued support throughout the year and it truly makes a difference. Let’s work together to finish strong and make this last month a joyful and memorable one for our students!

As you all know, Summit Hill parking gets filled up quickly any time we have an event. Please ensure you are parking in designated locations to prevent any issues with traffic flow and the use of emergency vehicle routes. Please DO NOT park along Summit Hill Parkway at any time. We are excited to alleviate our parking issues with the completion of our expansion.

One student from each grade level will win 4 reserved, front-row seats for the end-of-year awards ceremony or PK graduation.

Here's how to enter! 🎫

Each student with Perfect Attendance at the end of EACH WEEK will be entered into drawing for a chance to win. BONUS: If your student has Perfect Attendance for the entire MONTH, you will receive your lunch pass PLUS five additional entries into the drawing!

Rules 📋

Perfect Attendance =

Your student must be at school from 7:50 a.m. until 3:20 P.M. to earn an entry.

Your student must be at school before the arrival doors close at 7:50 a.m. to earn an entry.

Your student can not leave early or at any point throughout the day to earn an entry.

Questions ❓

What if my student has a doctor's appointment?

Please keep all of your appointments and your student can try again the next week.

What if my student is at school at the time attendance is taken, but leaves early?

Your student will not be able to earn an entry into the drawing this week, but will have another opportunity next week.

What if my student doesn't earn an entry this week?

No worries! Your student will have the opportunity to earn an entry next week.

Orders open on April 20th and close on June 14th! Skip the lines and stress of shopping for school supplies. Order your packs from our online store and your student's supplies will be waiting for them in their classroom on the 1st day of school.

Also, ALL supplies in each pack have a 1 school year guarantee. What does this mean? Any student that purchases their supplies through EPI will receive a free replacement of any supplies that need to be replaced. For example, headphones are on the supply list and are part of the supply kit purchased through EPI. If you student's headphones break during the 2026/2027 school year, you will receive a free replacement. The average student goes through 2-3 sets of headphones throughout 1 school year.
