TRAFFIC FLOW!
Parent Pick-Up Reminder:
For the safety and efficiency of our pick-up process, parents should remain in their vehicles while in the parent pick-up line.
Getting out of cars causes significant delays in the traffic flow.
If you need to meet your Gator in person, please park and use the Main Gate for pick-up. Please make sure to let your teacher know if you decide to change your pick up method.
We appreciate your cooperation and support — thank you!
ANNUAL UPDATE TIME!
Vital Reason to Complete the Annual Update:
Keeping your contact information up-to-date is essential to staying connected with Greenfield Elementary school. The Annual Update allows parents and legal guardians to verify or update:
-
Home address
-
Phone numbers
-
Email addresses
-
Student health information (e.g., food allergies)
-
Emergency contacts
Why This Matters:
🔴 Emergency Situations
In the event of an accident, illness, or other urgent situation, schools must be able to reach parents or guardians immediately. Outdated contact information can delay critical medical attention or support.
📢 Important School Updates
Schools regularly send updates via phone, text, or email. This includes alerts about closures, schedule changes, or special events. Without current contact details, you may miss important announcements that directly impact your child.
📘 Academic Progress
Contact information is used to share report cards, progress updates, and parent-teacher conference details. Staying informed allows you to support your child’s learning and development effectively.
In summary: Completing the Annual Update ensures your school can reach you quickly in an emergency and helps you stay informed about your child’s education.
We Thank you for your support on getting this important information!
