Our oldest children took their end of Key Stage Assessments this week - or more commonly known as SATs.

They displayed all of the positive characteristics which we have been instilling in them about hard-work, resilience and determination. As such, we are all incredibly proud of their efforts. We hope they continue to enjoy the rest of the school year and that they embrace the opportunities to learn, whilst having fun, that Wetwang School will continue to offer.

Class 4 chose to mark the end of SATs with a delicious fish and chip lunch in Wetwang. Contented Y6 pupils enjoyed sitting in the glorious sunshine as they chattered loudly about the pride in their accomplishments. Well deserved indeed!

Thank you to the parents and carers who returned our survey about communication methods. You can still return yours to the office. We will then collate your responses and see whether we can enhance our methods to suit everyone in our school community.

You will be aware that we focus on one Christian Value each half-term. Our focus this half-term has been on Honesty. We are very lucky to have such kind children who embrace this value and are honest about things that they have done wrong or honest about when they don't understand something fully. This makes our job so much easier.
