Cap & Gown Delivery!

Class of 2021! Cap and gowns will be delivered on Wednesday, May 5th from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. You will pick-up your order in the bus lanes. Please stay in your vehicle and place the student's name in the window. Representatives from Herff Jones will put the items in your trunk or back seat. All orders must be paid in full to be picked up.

All graduates must wear the gown purchased through Herff Jones. If you are using a gown from a past graduation, it must be the one with the black stripes round the sleeve and the CPHS academic crest.

If you have not ordered your cap and gown, please do so as soon as possible. To place your order online go to www.texashj.com. If you have questions about your order, please call Herff Jones at 512-243-7901. We do not have information on cap and gown orders.

Guests at Graduation

To ensure proper social distancing, the district will limit the number of guests per graduate. Each graduate will receive ten (10) wristbands. Children above the age of 3 will be required to have a wrist band. We strongly encourage these wristbands to be used for immediate family members living in the same household and/or divorced or separated families. We do not have extra wristbands to give out or replace lost wristbands.

In summary:

  • Each graduate will receive ten (10) wristbands. The ceremony will be live streamed for family/friends who did not receive a wristband.
  • All guests over 3 years of age must have a wristband to enter the stadium.
  • Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
  • There will be no will call or wristband distribution at the stadium prior to the ceremony.
  • Once graduates and guests enter the stadium, there will be no re-entry.
  • Wristbands will be distributed at graduation practice.
