Letter from the Principal
Dear St. Teresa Families!
There’s so much to look forward to in the coming week at St. Teresa!
We begin on Monday, November 10, by gathering together for our Veterans Assembly at 2:00 p.m. in the gym. Families and friends are invited to join us as we honor the brave men and women who have served our country. Guests may enter through the gym doors by the playground parking lot.
On Tuesday, November 11, school will be closed in observance of Veterans Day. We encourage everyone to take a moment that day to thank a veteran for their service and sacrifice.
Midweek brings special faith experiences for our students. On Wednesday, November 12, our 8th graders will take part in their Confirmation Retreat, and our 4th and 6th grade classes will have the unique opportunity to visit the Relics of St. Thérèse of Lisieux at the Carmel of St. Joseph. What a wonderful day of reflection and spiritual growth for our students!
As the week comes to a close, Friday, November 14, marks 2nd Quarter Progress Reports. Please continue encouraging your student to work hard and stay focused as we move through the quarter.
Then, on Saturday, November 15, we’ll come together in celebration as our 8th graders receive the Sacrament of Confirmation at the 5:00 p.m. Mass. All are welcome to attend and share in this beautiful milestone in their faith journey.
Finally, as we look ahead to the Christmas season, we’re preparing for a much-loved tradition — Santa’s Kottage! A Sign-Up Genius is provided for parents who would like to volunteer and help make this event a special experience for our students. You can sign up here: Santa’s Kottage Volunteer Sign-Up.
Thank you in advance for your help and for bringing the spirit of Christmas to life at St. Teresa!
As always, we thank you for sharing your student with us. We appreciate your trust, support, and partnership. TIGERS LEAD THE WAY!
Sincerely,
Nicole Green
Principal

Honoring Our Veterans
As we get ready to celebrate Veterans Day, I wanted to share something meaningful with our St. Teresa Families. Lamar is offering free digital billboard space across the country to honor U.S. veterans.
Families can submit a veteran’s name, photo, and branch of service, and Lamar will feature them on local boards from November 7–14.
If you’d like to take part or share it with someone who might, visit LamarLovesVeterans.com
It’s a wonderful way for students and families to honor someone special who has served our country.

Our next Children and Youth Mass will be held on Sunday, November 9th at 11:00 AM. We encourage all families to mark their calendars and join us for this joyful celebration.
If your child would like to participate, please use the sign-up links below to select a ministry role.
