We Need Your Help!
We need your help! Many years ago proctors were a required part of our end of year testing. The requirement had gone away for some time, but is returning this year.
What is a proctor? A proctor serves as a second person in our testing environments for the End of Grade Reading, Math, and Science tests. You will not be responsible for administering the test. You will simply be there as a support and a second set of eyes to guarantee testing security procedures are followed. There will be a proctor training required (date TBA). If you are interested in helping us out, please sign up below. We need a tremendous amount of support to pull this off.
Reminders About Dress Code
As warmer weather approaches, please be mindful of student dress code.
-No mid-drifts
-No undergarments showing
-Appropriate length shorts/dresses/skirts
-Pants worn on waists
If there are concerns about your child's dress code, we will reach out and your child may be asked to change.
Reminders About Attendance and Tardies
We wanted to remind everyone that our tardy bell rings at 8:25am. Instruction starts promptly following our morning announcements. Please ensure students arrive by 8:25am daily. Let us know if you need assistance setting up a bus route for your child. Also, if your child is absent, please send a note to excuse their absence upon their return.
Creek Camp- (for rising kindergarten students)
Help us spread the word to rising kindergarten families- we are offering our first ever Creek Camp! Parents and rising K students are invited to attend three sessions where they will learn all about kindergarten and learn valuable skills to work on over the summer in preparation of starting school in the Fall.

Car Line Reminders and Information
Please review our procedures and be sure to share with any family members or friends who may be picking your child up. To ensure adequate supervision of students during dismissal, we cannot always have someone outside to assist with traffic direction. For afternoon dismissal- overflow for car line is in the bus parking lot. Follow the arrows on the graphic above and stop and wait at the stop sign noted on the graphic.
Car riders will dismiss at 3pm daily. For the safety of our staff and students, please follow the directions of any staff members helping with car line.
Important Reminders:
-Please remain in your vehicles (with the exception of students who need mobility assistance).
-Please follow the directions of staff members. To keep traffic out of Chub Lake Rd, they will be directing you to move up to specific cones before allowing your child to get in.
-Staff will open the car door for students to enter the vehicle, but they will not be responsible for buckling the student in.
