Students are responsible for staying aware of their schedules for sectionals and full ensemble rehearsals.

Please check the band calendar frequently to make sure you attend all required rehearsals and events.

All AEB students are required to be present at Akins on Saturday, January 13th at we host the TMEA Area Auditions.

Students will need to be at Akins at 7:30am and should be done by 5:00pm.

Not all students will be needed...specific assignments and instructions will be given on Tuesday.

The schedule will be very similar to when we hosted TMEA Region Auditions at the beginning of December. We have done a tremendous job hosting these events...one more to go!

Please let Mr. Fincher know if your schedule is still not correct.

The counselors and Mr. Fincher are working as fast as possible to get schedules sorted out correctly.

If you have any fees that are owed...take advantage of this opportunity to pay them off easily and quickly.

There is a significant amount of money that is currently owed on Band Fees.

Unpaid fees put a significant financial strain on the band program as a whole.

Please, please, please take a look at your CHARMS account to see what money is owed and settle your account balance this week.

Directors will be calling home to work out payments this week...we must settle all accounts ASAP!

Did you know that you can work shifts at the UT Erwin Center to earn money for your fees, trip payments, and lessons? Each shift pays $35 to $75 per person depending on the event and business.

There are always shifts available and we are already needing people to work!
