Dear BCCHS Parents and Guardians,

I wanted to apologize to those of you who attempted to get into the Parent Orientation Meeting on Wednesday and weren't able to. We had a technical difficulty that limited the amount of participants we could accommodate.

We want you to know that this wasn't representative of our passion for communication with you. We will never stop trying to improve our quality of service and support. With this in mind, we will have another virtual presentation, this time a Webinar on Saturday August 8th at 1:00. We are providing two links: one for English and one for Spanish, to make more efficient use of your time.

I hope you are able to participate in the Webinar tomorrow. Both webinars have access for over 1000 participants. We're grateful for your patience and excited that we're able to provide this additional opportunity to provide you with important information for this school year.

1. Meals are for BCCHS Students ONLY
2. Students must bring their ID - Student Store is open for Replacement ID's
3. Food will be distributed Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's from 1:00 pm- 2:00 pm
4. Bulk Meals will be served:

• On Monday: Each student will receive four (4) meals, 2 Breakfast Meals and 2 Lunch Meals.
• On Wednesday each student will also receive four (4) meals, 2 Breakfast Meals and 2 Lunch Meals.
• On Friday each student will receive two (2) meals, 1 Breakfast Meal and 1 Lunch Meal.

**Serving Meals this way will allow each student to have enough food for the week without having to come on campus every day**

5. Meals are Free only for students who received a Free or Reduced Priced Meal Eligibility.

6. Paid Students will need to pay $2.00 for each breakfast and $3.25 for each lunch.

7. Cash will not be accepted. A debit/credit card reader will be available

8. Parents may pick up the meals for their student(s) as long as they have their Student(s) ID card(s)

9. Parents/Students will have to park their car and make line to receive their student meals

10. Parents/Students are required to wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing protocols

Our primary method to disseminate information and provide two way communication with you will be through ParentSquare, our new communication platform. ParentSquare is designed to keep parents informed and facilitate participation at school. It provides a safe way for the school principal, teachers, staff, and parents to:
